Tomas Krüger Andersen, Chairman of board

Tomas Krüger Andersen is an attorney-at-law with substantial experience in company law and corporate finance law. He acts as in-house legal counsel and head of venture management at the BankInvest Group and as senior external lecturer at the University of Copenhagen. He has formerly been an associate at Bech-Bruun law firm in Copenhagen. He is also chairman of the board of directors of Solido Systems A/S.

Thorkil Nielsen, Member of board

Thorkil Nielsen has an extensive experience as manager and CEO with focus on growth and turn-around companies. He has formerly been, inter alia, chairman of Dansk Standard and international chairman of ISO, CEO of IBC (1992-1997), Manager at Brdr. Dahl (1988-1992), CEO of AVK Maskinfabrik (1982-1987), Division Manager/Consultant at Århus Kommunale Værker (1973-1982) and Vice-President at Løgstør Rørindustri A/S (1969-1973). He is chairman of the board of directors of Eventure Management A/S and member of the board of directors of Solido Hosting A/S. Furthermore, he has extensive board experience from the Nordwin Group in Sweden.

Christer Hasse is the CEO and founder of Solido Hosting (including Solido Systems and Solido Networks). He began his career in the computer and Internet industry at Aarhus University where he studied mathematics and computer science. He left the academic world in 1994, and has worked in the Internet Industry ever since. Eventually he founded DNS Pilot (now Solido Hosting) in 2000, Solido Systems in 2002 and Solido Networks in 2010.

Henrik Kramshøj, Security Manager

Wot Henrik Lund Kramshøj er medstifter og administrerende direktør for Solido Networks ApS. Henrik startede sin professionelle karriere indenfor IT på Datalogisk Institut ved Københavns Universitet og som studentermedhjælp hos IBM. Han afsluttede uddannelsen på DIKU med en kandidatgrad i datalogi cand.scient i 2002.

Henrik var selvstænding freelancekonsulent fra 2003 i eget firma indtil han stiftede Solido Networks ApS med Christer Hasse i 2010. Henrik er seniorkonsulent indenfor informationssikkerhed, internet og infrastrukturteknologier, penetrationstest, IPv6 og Unix teknologier, samt underviser og foredragsholder indenfor de samme områder.

Henriks erfaring og ekspertice har resulteret i opgaver internationalt, blandt andet i Bulgarien, Nigeria, USA og Grønland.
